Q: What is your warranty?
A: Our products carry a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear or scratched lenses are not covered.
Q: What are shipping charges?
A: A flat rate of $5.75 is charged for all U.S. orders. We ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. You can also choose Express Mail for a fee of $27.00. A selection prompt at checkout is available for all international orders indicating the postal charge.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Products are shipped the next business day after ordering or sooner. Example: Orders placed on Monday afternoon will be shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. (Orders placed weekdays by 2:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day.) In most cases your order will be delivered within two to three business days according to the US Postal Service. These examples are for U.S. orders only.
Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A:Yes -- Here are the flat rate charges:
- Express Canada: $32.00
- Express International: $34.00
All International prescription orders require insurance.

Q: Can I get my order sent Express?
A: Yes, we can ship via UPS, Fed Ex, and U.S. Postal Service. You will be billed separately for Express shipping charges. There are time frame restrictions so please let us know early in the day if you need this expedited service.
Q: What if I don’t like my purchase and I want a refund?
A: You may return the item within 30 days after receipt of shipment of item in new, re-sellable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please refer to our POLICY page for specific instructions.
Q: What if I want to exchange my purchase for something else?
A: You may return the item within 60 days after receipt of shipment of item in new, re-sellable condition. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. Please refer to our POLICY page for specific instructions.
Q: Can I try on frames before I place a prescription eyewear order?
A: Yes, we encourage that you order several styles to make sure of the fit before ordering prescription eyewear. Simply place an order for the items you wish to try and in the COMMENT section type “TRY-ON”. You may return this order for credit toward your prescription order or full credit on your credit card. The items returned must be in new, re-sellable condition for credit. See Prescription FAQ page.
Q: Do I pay sales tax?
A: Only Florida residents will be charged a state sales tax of 7 percent on their non-prescription order.
